Australian citizens pay the lowest amount, $10, during the off-peak months of April to June. However, if you plan on visiting India during peak months, it will cost you at least $75. The next step is to fill out your online application form. Once you have completed your application, you will receive an ETA (e-ticket) in your mail. You will need to print it out and present it to Indian immigration officials upon arrival.
The Indian e-Visa is good for five years from the date of grant and allows multiple entries. The 05-year e-TV is the cheapest option.
